What Causes Severe Cough And Pain In My Left Ribcage?

Have a bad cough for 2 weeks now. Sometimes I cough up greenish flem. Sometimes I cough nothing up. I coughed so hard yesterday I felt something pop under my left ribcage. Not the ribs or lungs, the pain is just below the ribcage. I cannot move without severe pain in that area. What should I do??

You seem to have respiratory infection. Consult a doctor / chest physician and get yourself evaluated. Investigations required a chest x ray pa view, cbc, and sputum examination. You probably require a course of antibiotics in consultation with your doctor.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
