What Causes Severe Diarrhea After Taking Kombiglyze?

I have ongoing direaha ( I can t spell this morning). I have diabetes and take kombiglyze twice a day, stopped takeing metformin that was once a day instead of 2 kombiglyze because we thought it was the cause of intermittent direaha. I also was on bydureon once a week and stopped taking that because we thought that may be the problem. Now it is a constant problem. My thinking os that something else is going on-gall What causes bladder ? I have no other pain or symptoms

Here's a list of common side effects of Kombiglyzr;
1 Diarrhea     
2 Headache
3 Nausea and vomiting     
4 Stuffy or runny nose
5 Sore throat     
6 Upper respiratory tract infection
7 Urinary tract infection     
8 Low blood sugar

You can take capsule omeprazole 40mg (one capsule to be taken early morning empty stomach daily) and tablet sporolac for the diarrhea.
