What Causes Severe Diarrhea?

hi doctor, i have been stooling since yesterday evening (GMT+1HRS TIME). THE stool comes out in a spray out way like water would spray out of a broken pipe. it's very watery and tomato source like in colour. PLEASE WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME COS AM LOOSING A LOT OF BODY FLUID?

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrheal condition could be due to food allergy or food poisoning it may not need any specific treatment but of course care needs to be taken for dehydration else it is nothing to worry, in case of persisting symptoms Tab Ofloxacine with Ornidazole can be tried twice in day for two days hope this information helps.
