Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What is the above test reports have shown? what your doctor told?

Possible causes like BPPV, vestibular neuronitis or labyrinthitis or cardiac problem or stroke or TIA or hypotension or hypoglycemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
