What Causes Severe Dizziness While On Benedryl?
My son (11) complained of dizziness this evening. We suspected inner ear infection (common for him, but no pain in ear or fever currently). So we gave him benedryl to hopefully dry things out a bit before bed. Now he is sleeping, but his head (hair) is soaked as if a fever broke, but we do t think he had one??? Thanks!

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of Benadryl.
The symptoms usually go away on its own in a few days. If the symptoms continue you should consult a doctor about taking prescribed corticosteroids.
