What Causes Severe Dizziness While On Ibuprofen?

I injured my back recently and my chiropractor told me to take ibuprofen for the pain. The only other medicine I am on is sertraline for anxiety (50 mg a day). Since I ve been taking so much ibuprofen, I ve noticed dizzy spells. Could it be the mix of the two?

I have gone through your complaints and ibuprofen alone doesn't cause dizziness.
Dizzy spells might be due to the intake of both the drugs.
