What Causes Severe Exhaustion And Fatigue?

My husband seems to have trouble with feeling exhausted
All the time. Also over the last year he has started shuffling when he walks, and seems to move in slow motion. His mother had Parkinson's is that hereditary?
He doesn't have the tremors she suffered with, but just moves really slowly. He is 66 years old, has a physical every year and is not on any medications.

Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Parkinson's disease needs to be ruled out although it is not the hereditary but genes plays the role some time, if this is not the Parkinson's disease then it could be general debility or some neurological pathologies, endocrine dysfunction could be the cause, over all condition needed some investigations.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
