What Causes Severe Fatigue And Retrograde Ejaculation?

I am a 75 year old in good health. I enjoyed a good sex life with my spouse until the last couple of years. I use viagra and have no issues with erection . The issue is I no longer ejaculate after perhaps 10 minutes of sex, I just get exhausted and give up. I know my age is a factor but is there another consideration

Retrograde ejaculation doesn't affect your ability to get an erection or have an orgasm — but when you climax, semen goes into your bladder instead of coming out of your penis. Orgasms in which you ejaculate very little or no semen out of your penis (dry orgasms),Urine that is cloudy after orgasm because it contains semen. Inability to get a woman pregnant (male infertility). Retrograde ejaculation isn't harmful and requires treatment only if you're attempting to father a child. Few drugs,like,Imipramine,midodrine,chlorpheniramine and brompheniramine,Ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine. Above drugs may helpful in bladder neck closer during ejaculation. Please consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment of your problem.please take medication under your doctor guidance.
