What Causes Severe Fatigue, Headache And Diarrhea?

i became very tired, after working 3 hours painting outside. Later I had sever headache and my head felt entirely too hot. I felt very dehydrated but water didn t seem sufficient. I couldn t keep food down and I had diarrhea. I m still nauseous but wondering what I can do besides drinking Gatorade, which seems to have helped.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since when you are suffering from loose motion or what is the color? Is there any mucous in stools?

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis. It is treated with plenty of liquids and probiotics. Take soft diet, avoid spicy food and also use Oflox Ornidazole drug for five days.

If symptoms not improved or if you developed the allergy to the drug, then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
