What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Carti And Digoxin In A Lung Cancer Patient?

My mother is currently taking cartia and digoxin (for Afib). She also was just recently diagnosed with lung cancer - stage 3. She is extremely fatigued, and can barely keep her head up and stay awake. She is 85. Can the dose of these two medicines be causing the fatigue? She just got out of the hospital due to fluid in her left lung which is where they found the cancer in her bronchial tubes. She is also on Elliquis. Am wondering if there is more fluid in her lungs that is causing the fatigue.
