What Causes Severe Gastritis With Headache?
hi, I ve had hyperacidity for a couple of years now.. Get a terrible headache and throw up large amounts. Since the last 4 days I ve been having pain in the chest bone. If i eat it still pains me and if i stay hungry it still pains. I have taken over the counter antacids for 4 days already. What should i do?

Chronic gastritis most commonly because of H.pylori infection.
Aspirin or ibubrufen like drugs which is NSAIDS group may cause gastritis.Long time use of it cause gastritis problem.
Excessive alcohol taking may cause gastritis.
Stresful condition cause headach with gastritis problems.
Gastric ulcer may ruled out.
Antacids are helpful in gastritis.
Endoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
