Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to excess lowering of blood pressure or electrolyte imbalance. It is also usual to get such problems when you excessively sweat or while having loose stools. It is better to check your blood pressure morning and evening and also check your electrolytes level in blood. Adjusting dosage of the drug or change to another alternative might also help. A follow up with your doctor is well appreciated.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
