What Causes Severe Headache And Eye Pain?

Last night I was at work.i left my water an went an got it a hour later.i drank it an two hours later I have a headache that was very severe.then later my eyes start hurting and were bloodshot.then I was very dehydrated an couldn t drink enough water.then an hour laterite start sweating and icouldnt get my body to cool.please what are my symptoms.

Hello,

It is due to severe dehydration which causes pain in eye. Now you can take enough water and get re hydrated. Check IOT and exclude glaucoma. Visual acuity should be taken.

Field tracing should be done. Fundus examination should be done. Sweating is good sign which shows you are dehydrated. Can take head bath and monitor temperature. Now you will improve.

If temperature is high then control by taking tablet Crocin if it is still high, then sponging with cold water be done. Room temperature should be maintained.it appears to be heat exertion.
