My husband has mTBI from an IED blast several yrs ago; often has severe headaches, dizzyness and nausea. Today he was helping a friend tar a roof, outdoor temp was around 75 degrees F & became extremely dizzy and got a nose bleed. Could this have been from fatigue, dehydration or should we be concerned that it s something more?

What Causes Severe Headache And Nausea?
Hi. I understand your concern. It may be due to dehydration but headache is common after TBI. Routine physical examination and investigation are needed to ruled out underlying pathology. Investigation like EEG / fundus examination / CT scan / MRI will be useful. Proper diet and nutrition / maintenance of hydration and vitals are advisable. Consult neurologist for better assistance. I hope I have answered your question. Thank you.
