Hi,

Your symptoms of stomach sickness with tingling in feet seems unrelated to neck pain and headache and so, I would suggest seeing a physician in person.

A physical examination appears mandatory to diagnose your condition. If your headache and neck pain are severe, you might need a brain imaging study as well for diagnosis.

In addition, routine blood tests are probably required as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
