Q : Hello I am a 45 year old female and have a bad almost like a throbbing/squeezing pain in my left arm/shoulder area.. It almost feels like my arm is heavy and it seems to travel from my upper arm to my fore arm and down to my hand. the pain is worse at night and keeps me awake.i woke today with severe headache and constant vomiting i went to see a doctor and my blood pressure was 165 over 105 he seemed to think my pain in the arm was a trapped nerve and gave me diclofenac tabs but i still got the headaches
