What Causes Severe Headache, Blocked Nose And Painful Jaw?

Hi, I have had a big headache for more then 24 hours. This is very unusual, as I never get headaches. My nose is clogged up too, and it drips when I stand up. Over the course of 24 hours, the headache moved to my left temple, as it was in both temples when it started. If I open my jaw, the left side kind of hurts but it is bearable. I have had trouble falling asleep, and I often wake up from the headache. I am typing this at about 30 hours into the headache, after waking up and not being able to fall asleep again. Been waking up every 2-3 hours. Please help as I am concerned.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello . From your symptoms , you are having an acute severe ( frontal ) sinusitis. You will need to have a course of antibiotics , analgesics , topical and oral nasal decongestants for its management. Please see an ENT physician for clinical examination and confirmation of diagnosis. The jaw needs a clinical examination to assess associated jaw symptoms.
