What Causes Severe Headache, Body Chills And Lack Of Appetite?
Hi! Yes, please. For the last two days I have been extremely tired, headachy, chilled, and have had little appetite. I am extremely physically active and (usually) well hydrated. I am concerned about the headache as the last time I had one was four years ago when I was severely anemic following several surgeries and a bleed. Thank you
Taking into account your personal history of anemia and bleeding and the symptoms you are experiencing now (extremely tired, headachy, chilled, little appetite); they are related to anemia.
Should run complete blood count and test iron levels in blood to rule out anemia and treat it adequately. Fecal examination is also recommended to rule out intestinal parasites which are frequently associated with anemia.
Check your blood sugar levels and blood pressure, record the results for future reference.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of water. Have your meals regularly, do not skip any.
Hope this helps.
