What Causes Severe Headache Post An Abortion?

Ok so I had an abortion two weeks ago I was giving an injection to put me to sleep then the procedure done three weeks pregnant and then from then have had sever headaches for days now my feet are swelling and I have this pain in left for right above ankle

We need to exclude cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST), where blood in brain veins can get clotted. Please get MRI with MR venogram brain soon and get back with the report.
