Hi,

If Tylenol and Aleeve have not improved your headache and considering the high severity of your headache, I would like to know some more details.

Since when are you having headache? Does the headache worsen on sound and light exposure? Is your headache or intermittent?

If your headache is acute in onset, a brain imaging may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajay Panwar,
