Hello dear, I understand your concern.Your headache seems very characteristic of 'Migraine'.Migraine usually manifests as episodes of severe headache .Headache is unilateral(on one side of the head),pulsatile(or pulse like),associated with nausea, increases on exposure to bright light or sound, may have visual deficits like seeing flashing zig-zag lights, associated with trigger factors which precipitate the headache episodes like-stress,sunlight exposure, food items like tea, coffee, cheese(trigger factor may be anything and is it for the user to find what it is that precipitates his/her headache. In your case, dyspepsia or gastric complaints appears to trigger your headache. You need to be given a trial of anti-migraine medicines. Please visit a physician,so that he may decide the appropriate therapy for you.
