What Causes Severe Headache?

I am taking thyrox 125 mg, a week back Dr. advised me reduce from 150 to 125 after reviewing my recent blood test result, also i am preganant womwen (3 month). For the past few days i am having severe headach. DGO advised me to take dolo 650 and brufen, still i am having severe headach.
