What Causes Severe Headache?

my mother getting very high head ache automatically without any reason neither she thinking alot nor she has BP problem. We have done ECG and many more test whatever doctor preccribe,but all the reports are normal.The head ache is so high that she throw hair from the head.What shoul i have to do?
