What Causes Severe Headaches With Recent Electric Shock Kind Of Pains In Face And Mouth?

I m 15 and I have had severe headaches for the past 3 years, the keep getting worse and they can last all day. No painkillers seem to touch them, I also feel dizzy, sick and generally weak when I have these headaches. They only every go away when I sleep but sometimes they have woken me from my sleep. Recently I have also been having short electric shocks in my face and mouth. I am having a CT scan tomorrow and I am just generally worried.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion you are suffering from tensive headache which is fully treatable
You should use a combination of daily treatment such as propanolol (or depachine,Topamax, amitriptyline) and pain killers for some days (ibuprofen)
Anyway I would strongly reccomend a neurological evaluation and you have done fine scheduling the CT, it will exclude some pathologies
Hope my answer will help you in fast recovery
Stay healthy
Best regards
