What Causes Severe Hirsutism With Acne In A 24 Year Old?

Hello Doctor, I am a 24 years old unmarried girl. From the last 7 years I was suffering from severe hirsutism and acne. My doctor recommended me to go for laser treatment and to loose some weight. I never had any problem related to my mensturation cycle, they always come on time and are regular. I was overweight and 5 sittings of laser also dint helped me much in my facial hair. So I was told to reduce my weight first. I reduced around 40 Kg in the past 2 years and now I m in a normal range(61 Kg). But the problem of hirsutism and acne even worsened for me and it added with thinning of my scalp hair too. I have again started with the laser treatment and after 3 sittings the facial hair is reduced to 50% but my face is full of acne and acne marks (mostly on chin and cheeks). My cycle is always regular. My mother and sisters also have facial hair but they are just 5 % as compared to me (very mild).Now I am told to undergo a test for 17-Hydroxyprogesterone and testesterone. I have many questions in mind, as I may get married by the end of this year will there be any problem for me in future regarding pregnancy and what are the future consequences regarding this problem. I am also told by my doctor to take krimson-35 and finast for atleast six months. Am I going in the right direction.....will these pills help me with my problem. Since I had beautiful hair, feel bad now , have lost more than half of my hair......... will these medications help me regain my hair back or is this loss irreversible. I had undergone few tests 2 months back my reports are as follows:
T3 - 85 ng /dl
T4 - 8.00
TSH - 4.40
testosterone - 23.86 ng / dl
Prolactin - 28.91 ng/ml
Since this testesterone test was done on any day now I am told by my doctor to repeat this test on the 2nd day of my cycle. Its report is awaited. Please help me with my queries. I will be starting with the krimson-35 and finast from today as its my second day of the cycle today. Is this disorder curable, will I be able to live a healthy normal life. Will this combination of laser and the medication help me with the facial hair and acne. I will be waiting for your reply. Thanks for giving your time in going through my message.
