Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain and history of
skin allergy the irritation under the tongue can be due to either
allergic reaction to any food or medication or can be due to traumatic injury caused by any sharp tooth or hard foods or can be initiation of apthous ulcer formation.
It might also be due to burning with hot foods..
You can gargle with numbing mouthwash, take
multivitamin supplements and do warm saline gargles..
Sucking ice pops and cold water rinses can also help..
In case if it still does not improve in a week consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
As far as skin allergies are concerned you should get evaluated for the exact cause of allergy and a skin
patch test or antibody specific RAST test can help in ruling out the allergen and
immunotherapy can be given to you to reduce the severity of symptoms..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
