What Causes Severe Itchiness In The Ears?

My ears are super itchy from like last 1month doctor said dry ears no wax... butt oday i feel the gland behind the ear and jaw is itching not the ear im confused whats going on but its very irritating and cant sleep at nights sometime feels like somethign is chewing on my tissue behind ear under the ear canal

Hi ,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Ear drop Neosporin H 5 drops five time /day ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night &
don't use ear bud for itching .

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
