What Causes Severe Itchiness In The Feet?

My feet get really itchy from time to time, and if I don t itch them I ll probably go insane so I do and I can t stop, the skin is really soft so by scratching it easily tears the skin off my feet and I m left with nothing, also they crack and peel. I also have a bump on my finger, pimple like and I don t know what it is

Hi,
Thanks for contacting HCM. When the feet itch severely and have associated cracking and peeling, this can be an indication of 'athletes foot', or tinea pedis. The treatment initially for this would be topical anti-fungal cream to the area one time per day, and as needed for flare ups. It may also be beneficial to spray some antifungal into shoegear as well.
