I have a vibration like air leaking or buzzing feeling that happens at different times inside my rectum no itching or pain,in the area where the buzzing in the rectum,But about 2 weeks ago when the buzzing started I had some back pain. when i would bend over it was difficut to straighten up at first I thought it my back muscle now I am sure the pain was from my kidneys the pain went away except a light hardly noticeable on my left side,The bussing feeling in the rectum is still there and comes randomly at different times.5 days ago a doctor told me to take pinworm medicine which I took but the vibration buzzing feelijng did not go away, so what do you think my diagnosis is ?
Itching over anal region with buzzing feeling or excessive flatulence could be due intestinal parasites,diarrhoea, candidiasis or anal fissures etc.
You must be get diagnosed before taking any specific treatment by some tests and clinical examination.
For that,you must be checked by surgeon for complete history and thoroughly clinical examination.
You may require routine blood count, stool examination for R/M ova and cyst and proctoscopy etc.
Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but you should take full course of antibiotics (quinolones-ofloxacin with antiprotozoals like metronidazole or ornidazole) for minimum 7 to 10 days with antihelminthic, antihistamines and topical steroids and lignocaine in combination for symptomatic relief.
