What Causes Severe Itchiness In The Vagina?

I am 22 and female. I noticed some itching in my vaginal area which I thought was most likely just irritation due to my period. But there is also a hard lump in my perineum area. It doesn t hurt at all I just haven t noticed it before. Should I be concerned?

Insert Canesten vaginal cream internally and spray candid powder externally and take Zocon once a day for 10days. Wash your area with apple cider diluted in water.
