Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a persistant itch on both feet, between my toes, on my heels and my arches. MY primary care physician gave me hydrocortizone cream and I ve used anti itch cream. The itch is a deep itch I was also referred to another skin doctor, but he did not provide any diagnosis. I do get temporary relief with both creams, but then the itch seems to come back with a vengeance. It is a very annoying problem. I m not sure what to do or try, other than finding another care provider, any suggestions, or further information I can provide?

As per your explanation it looks like fungal if it itches between the toes but since it's a skin related problem we can not say anything with out observation. I suggest to visit a another good skin doctor. Before going check his reviews again so you get some more confidence as well idea where to go. And this should be help full for you. I am not able to guide you much since there is no history provided, no habits are given, no idea on your work environment, and no idea in when do you have more itching, But still I suggest check if it comes in specific time like after using shoes due to excess sweat or any thing else. Do observe because your skin doctor will also ask the same. The care
