Hi Doctor i facing severe skin problem on my face(chin).i got white spot on my beard which is very rough,dry & hard which is like a colour of fungas on food.If i save it show small white blood pimples will come on that part.it is very itching and not able to save on that part as it is very hard,rough and itching
