Dear
Have you been applying some medication on your scalp of late? your description indicates some allergic phenomenon and may be a bit of anxiety. The symptoms will go away if you are physically active during the day and there is nothing to suggest an allergy. If it does not get resolved, then take some anti allergic and give it a try or show to your doctor who will examine your scalp and find out a cause.Pleas take care to exercise best possible hygiene.
