What Causes Severe Itching Sensation On Arms And Back?
Hi I have a been experiencing very bad itching pretty on my arms and back, as well as my all my scalp. Went to my dermatologist, and he prescribed a cream called fluorine nude 0.0 5%, which I have been applying. How ever a do take medication for mood disorder ie lamictal, Effexor, klonopin, I have just came off seroquel, which I was on for the twenty years. Also I have been living in a very stressful home environment, on which my care takers believe that it might be associated with. She also has very poor hygiene. I also did have a surgery a pancreatic surgery which was a precancerous cyst, so they did remove the entire head of my pancreas, removed six inches of my small intestine. What do you think????

In the absence of a picture, it is very difficult to comment but from your question it seems like your symptoms could be due to a atopic dermatitis, seborrhic dermatitis etc.
You can take tab levocetrizine 5mg twice daily. continue to apply your cream. Apply sunscreen every 3 hours in the day time and avoid stepping out in the sun.
Use a gentle soapless cleansing lotion for bathing . wear only cotton clothes.
