What Causes Severe Left Sided Flank Pain?
im 29 years old and currently 34 weeks pregnant. The past two days I have been experiencing horrible left side flank pain. The left side flank pain is consistant and it occasionally radiates around to the left side of my pelvic area. Is this normal during pregnancy?

The pain in the flanks is normal during pregnancy. I recommend to do a urine test to exclude a possible urinary tract infection. Meanwhile, I suggest to drink a lot of liquids.
