What Causes Severe Left-sided Groin Pain After Discontinuing Meloxicam?

I have been off meloxicam for about two weeks.My prescription ran out so I was going to see how I manage without it. I am trying to decide if this has caused me to now have a swollen stiff left knee. Also my groin on the left side is extremely painful. Also my fingers on my left hand are swollen. This all began a couple of days ago. My email is YYYY@YYYY

Based on your description, workup for arthritis is required. If the proximal inter phalengeal joints are involved then rheumatoid arthritis should be looked for clinically and RA factor, anti CCP and ESR levels should be done.
