What Causes Severe Leg Cramps In The Thighs Of An Elderly Female?
I am a 65 year old female. EVERY time I walk I experience severe leg cramps in the thighs. Resting stops the pain but when I resume walking so does the pain. Can t even walk through a mall. I know I have 5 bulging disks and I know walking with a grocery cart helps. What could this be?
