What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain After Having Abortion?
I had an abortion last Saturday and now I'm experiencing severe lower abdominal pain but not too much blood. Does this mean something went wrong? This is my second abortion. The first one wasn't this horrible. The bleeding has gone away a little now I'm spotting here and there or when the pains start.

Severe abdominal pain associated with spotting isnt normal ,after so long after abortion.
You need to do TVS to exclude presence of residual tissue after abortion because this may complicated with infection and then can go to synechie(adherence inside uterus).
