What Causes Severe Lower Chest Pain That Radiates To My Ribs And Back?

I have had severe lower chest pain that radiates to my ribs and back. I have tried numerous carbonated beverages over the last 24 hours and I can't get complete relief. In the last 30 minutes or so, I started belching up a foamy substance. What is wrong with me?

I completely understand your question
chest pain radiating to back can be due to variety of reasons/ causes like gastritis , peptic ulcer , or cardiac causes.
you should consult a general physician who can request for an ecg , chest xray to rule out certain causes.
for now you can take a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole once daily after consulting your physician
