What Causes Severe Lung Pain, Temporary Loss Of Vision And Ringing In Ears?

My left lung has been hurting for weeks I feel short a breath , when I stretch the wrong way it feels like I m stretching my lung and its uncomfortable all day long. Idk what the problem is I use to be a daily pot smoker until Christmas I smoked and there was a sharp pain in my lung a shock went through my body and I lost my vision for a few seconds and my ears were ringing I went to the hospital and they couldn t find a problem ik something is wrong I just don t feel the same .

i think you should visit a neurologist, ringing in the ears with loss of vision seems to be a matter of concern. don't smoke .. the pain doesn't seem to b from the lungs rather your chest
