What Causes Severe Muscle Cramps In The Thigh With Cold Sweat And Light Headedness?

Hi, Last Tuesday my wife woke up in the middle of the night with severe muscle cramps in her left thigh, during the episode she went into a cold sweat and was clammy to the touch, and was very light headed & dizzy. The episode lasted about 10 minutes. She felt fine when she woke up the next day and since then. Last night I woke up to the same symptoms except it was the muscles in my right leg.

Hello,

Cramps in muscles occur because of deficiency of vitamins, like A /D/E or minerals like calcium/sodium etc. Other causes could be related to hormones. You people should check your diet with some dietician. Do general exercises to keep fit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
