What Causes Severe Neck Pain After Neck Surgery?

I had neck surgery and after a year I wen back with increased neck pain, etc. It turned out the disc about c5-c6 was herniated and they were recomending another surgery which I declined, this has been chronic pain for 5 years now, and my lasted x rays show a loosening of screws in my hardware, im at a loss of my next chioces, I have tried meds, PT, pain clinics, etc. any advice

Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and i would like to tell you that spine surgery is not a one time solution of all your problems, any spine surgery without change of lifestyle can lead to occurrence of symptoms as it can be seen in your case. i would advice you to go through surgery to get the disc removed if your pain is not in control. also after be cautious and follow all the instructions given by your doctor of physio and follow all so that these things do not reoccur in future.
