What Causes Severe Neck Pain , Blurred Vision And Dizziness?

I have only started Tamoxifen after chemo of 8 treatments, mastectomy with residual chest muscle involvement, ad 25 treatments of radiation, the tamoxifen seems to have given me severe daily back and neck pain, blurred vision,dizziness and daily painful urination,which makes coping difficult

the problem is related to drug and radiation hazard. take high protiendiet multivitamin and iron. apply refresh eye tear eye drop. go for refraction and if required take specs
