Your problems of headache, abdominal discomfort, palpitations and
tiredness can be due to various reasons. We need to evaluate them. First of all, you need to relax. Don't panic.
Stress is the major reason for precipitation of these kinds of symptoms. Focus on your diet. Take plenty of water 2-3 litres, fruits, vegetables, and lots of salads. Avoid taking too much tea or coffee or oily and spicy food. Find time to go for walk or
meditation. Have a good night sleep. You can start taking multivitamins also.
If you still feel they symptoms are persisting then go for some investigations. I don't know which all tests you did, but I feel the most important is to
complete blood count, vitamin D and B12 levels, TSH, calcium,
helicobacter pylori. Once the results are there you can talk to your doctor about the results.
