What Causes Severe Pain After Cracking Penile Suspensory Ligament Like Knuckles?
i used to "crack my penile suspensory ligament like a knuckle. Once while doing this a felt a severe pain and now four months later the pain is still there. Everything else works fine but the pain is preventing me from heavy physical activity. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

i think this is mainly due to this practice done by you over penis,repeated trauma cause repeated inflammation and such pain n discomfort.
i would advise you to stop this practice.
take medicines like NSAID+SERRATIOPEPTIDASE combination.
give your penis rest.
consult a generl surgeon.
