What Causes Severe Pain All Over The Body With Dizziness And Headache?

Hi, I m a 15 year old male, when I woke up today I had massive pains in WHOLE my body ( back, arms, legs, chest, neck, hands and feet ) + I was feeling very dizzy and unbalanced with a minor headache. Is there something wrong, or should I just wait and see? Height: 1.86 Weight: 81.6
