What Causes Severe Pain And Itchiness In The Throat?
Hi I have been feeling strange. My throat started feeling itchy yesterday, now it hurts a tiny bit. But today my head feels pressure in it and kind of feel like I may be dreaming, my heart feels erratic and beating hard at times, it also feels like water may be around my heart now too.

It seems you have viral illness. Your throat is infected and so you have throat pain and fever. You need to take rest. And precautionary antibiotic . You also need to take antipyretic ie paracetamol.
The viral illness goes on its own after 2-3 days. Take rest and eat healthy.
