What Causes Severe Pain And Soreness In The Mouth?
I have a sore in my mouth which is extremely painful, (almost unbearable) it looks like two small holes right on top of each other, it has a color of light pinkish/white. I have been having a hard time eating and drinking as well. what is it and what should I do?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood the history. The sore are most probably ''Aphthous ulcers', very painful. They are usually self limiting. But if you have associated colitis or so, get a proper 5-day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and symptomatic painkillers.
Take a therapeutic dose of Vitamin A and D. Continue multivitamins.
