What Causes Severe Pain And Soreness In The Mouth?

I have a sore in my mouth which is extremely painful, (almost unbearable) it looks like two small holes right on top of each other, it has a color of light pinkish/white. I have been having a hard time eating and drinking as well. what is it and what should I do?

Read and understood the history.
The sore are most probably ''Aphthous ulcers', very painful.
They are usually self limiting.
But if you have associated colitis or so, get a proper 5-day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and symptomatic painkillers.

Take a therapeutic dose of Vitamin A and D.
Continue multivitamins.
