Hello, Yellow discharge is suggestive of some infection. This can be from the vagina, cervix or the uterus. It is always advisable after an abortion to practice safe intercourse in order to avoid another pregnancy too soon. Please get a clinical evaluation to locate the origin of the discharge. You may also need a swab from the vagina and the cervix and also a pap smear apart from urinalysis. Further management can be planned accordingly. Please remember, withdrawal method has a high failure rate. Hope this helps.
