I ll get sever pain during my period which is regular Nd 30 day cycle length.i have consulted gynaecologist ..they did the scanning Nd result shows their is an intramural fibroid in posterior myometrium indenting the endometrium with 54mm x44 mm in size.is it a reason for my infertility...which is d best treatment... How safe to have laparoscopy surgery to remove fibroids.
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Intramural fibroid causes both pain and infertility. However, other investigations for infertility should be done to rule out any cause for infertility, before undergoing surgery for fibroid. Myomectomy should be done to remove this fibroid, and it is better to get a laparoscopic myomectomy done, but by an expert laparoscopic gynecological surgeon. Hope you found the answer helpful.
